Initial consultations are typically longer to allow time for a full health assessment. Follow-up appointments are generally shorter and focus on progress, adjustments, and continued support.

You may be asked to complete an intake or health questionnaire prior to your appointment. If you have recent pathology results or health reports, you are welcome to bring or send these beforehand.

Where appropriate, supplements may be recommended as part of your personalised nutrition plan. These recommendations are based on your individual needs and goals.

Some clients may be eligible for rebates depending on their private health insurance provider and level of cover. Please check directly with your health fund to confirm eligibility.

We require at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, including missed appointments, may be charged the full consultation fee.
