Appointment Cancellation Policy

To receive a full refund of any booking fee, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.

Appointments may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the appointment without penalty.

Cancellations Within 24 Hours

Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may be charged the full consultation fee.

No-Shows

If you do not attend your appointment without prior notice, the full consultation fee may be forfeited.
